CALIC provided professional architectural services to reimagine the Cypress Lakes Community sales office. We supplied design documents to obtain applicable permits for Polk County. The design team was tasked with designing a new reception building which featured a pitched roof design. Various site studies and programmatic iterations were conducted to give the client an array of options for their new space.
Once design was complete, the construction team coordinated and oversaw all sub-contracted work.
