CALIC represented Delaware North Company, headquartered in Buffalo, NY, as on-site Owner’s Representative for all daily construction activities and acted as intermediary between the architect, general contractor, and various other project stakeholders.
CALIC’s design team also became involved in the project as building envelope consultant, at the request of client, due to the proximity to the Indian River’s corrosive environment. CALIC’s design team recommended building envelope details and materials to ensure the asset is designed to withstand this harsh environment.
