CALIC Group was tasked to create another Kid City daycare facility right outside of Jacksonville, FL within the new contemporary standard that we helped Kid City develop.
The challenge of this project was the intent of providing a 10,000 SF facility on the smallest site that we had be given. Additionally, the site was within a residential zoning with neighboring houses. Following the local ordinances and codes, CALIC Group was able to develop the site to achieve the square footage goal.
