CALIC provided general contracting services to build a monumental entryway pavilion that can be used for large MDC events. this complex steel structure is complemented with a custom tongue and groove cedar ceiling, aluminum roof system, and a creative paver design. CALIC has restored the covered walkways that lead through the newly re-designed gardens. The new pavilion structure can be seen from a distance on land and from the Indian river.
