CALIC Group was brought in to do a full condition assessment of the hotel, pool buildings and other facilities within the campus. CALIC’s condition report notated the smallest deficiencies to the larger concerns from the very roof tops down to the foundation.
CALIC’s design team also became involved in the project as the condition report was concluding. CALIC’s design team recommended building envelope details and materials to ensure the asset is designed to withstand the central Florida climate.
