Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lake Buena Vista, FL. As an Architectural Designer, you’ll assist our experienced architects with design concepts, drafting construction documents, 3D models, and undertaking construction site visits. In this role, you’ll get exposure to themed entertainment, commercial, and institutional projects, communicate with clients, subconsultants, and contractors, and collaborate directly with the project team to successfully deliver projects on time and on budget.
Qualifications
-Accredited degree in Architecture
-Minimum of 2 years of experience with developing and detailing construction documents.
-Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, BIM360/ACC, Enscape experience is a plus
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to work well independently and in a team
-Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Experience with specifications, project management, and construction administration a plus.
